EATING PLAN

i am currently doing 3 cardio/weight 40min-2 yoga sessions, breakfast 40g oats+tea, snack 15g protein bar, lunch w/wheat roll with chicken and salad, snack 300ml f/free p&pay yogi sip, dinner 150g veggies and chicken breast, drink another 2 cups of tea and water, Vitb injection once a month + r on cholestrol pill a day need to lose 4 kg
