eating before or after...

hi, i just want to know if it is beter to eat in the morening befor exercise or after you have exercise

Hi,

its better to eat before you exercise as this 'kick-starts' your metabolism, and will also prevent you from feeling nauseous. However, don't eat immediately before, 1 hour to 30 minutes before is better.
