eat healthily and loose weight

i'm a 15 yr old girl, i eat pretty healthily but would like to shed a few extra kilo's. i'm unsure about how many carbohydrates and protiens to eat in order to stay full and to loose weight. please help

Unfortunately weight is always a problem especially for girls. Arobic exercise and indurance training which is the high rep weith training program which your local health club can help you out with. But you need to focus on you diet as well. The best is more meals a day in smaller quantities. Drink about a liter and a half of water a day to help in you daily activities.

Important: With confidence in you attitude determines altitude. Don't stress about it, take action - not in three weeks or next year, but start now.
