Dry needling used to relieve lower back pain.

Hi

I am currently experiencing debilitating lower back pain.
My physio is using dry needling to relieve the muscle spasms.
Is it an effective treatment or not? And what does it do exactly?

All depends on the cause of the pain. Needling can help relieve muscle spasm. If it is effective then you will feel improvements...
