Drink Water afte sex

People say do not drink water after having sex. Is there any medical reason.

I wonder who these "people: are who say this.. probably people who don't get thirsty after sex. Or people who don't like water:) I have not yet come across any medical evidence about this . I cannot imagine how drinking water is connected with sex.

Fact is sex can be quite a vigourous activity, people sweat and thus the body needs liquids to replace what has been lost during sexual activity.I think drinking water is actually quite an essential thing to do post sexual play. Try it out and see for yourself how refreshed you feel!
