I cannot give you an exact figure, but you would be at increased risk. You have two options in your next pregnancy. One is to have an amniocentesis which wuld tell you whether the baby had Down syndrome or not. The other would be to have a nuchal translcucnecy scan. This would give you a risk, e.g. 1:100 and you could then decide whether you want any further tests.
