Do you need to ?

Do you need to have implantation bleeding to be pregnant or does this not happen with all women??? Could it be p ossible that I did not had any spotting or implantation bleeding and still get a positive on the test?

Hi there,

I dont think that all woman experience implantation bleeding. I didnt either.

I had 3 pregnancies and never experienced it either.

I had no implantation bleeding and I am pregnant for the second time. Not every women experiences it.
