Weight is such an irritation and can cause a lot of sadness. The problem is that everyone thinks they have the perfect solution but they reraly do. The best is 2 go 2 a dietrician that he/she can work out a diet for you specifically. A good way to start is eat regular proper meals and don't skip any meals. Start of with a healthy breakfast (bran + fruit) and go from there. Drink at least 8 classes of water. And then important ...exercise...exercise and tone up. A personal trainer is also a good idea, that he/she can show you the ropes.
Don't go for a quick fix of diet tablets it does not work on the long run and is not a healthy option.
