Dear Reader
This type of slimming pill probably contains harsh laxatives and/or diuretics which work on the principle of causing diarrhoea so that the food passes through your body so rapidly that you can't absorb any nutrients. I am opposed to use of any slimming pills and potions, because the ones that contain harsh laxatives can damage normal peristalsis (bowel movement) and lead to nutrient deficiencies if used for long periods. The ones that contain ephedrine, pseudo-epinephrine or synephrine can cause a long list of negative side-effects (dependence, addiction, tremors, insomnia, palpitations, irritability, psychotic reactions, etc). These products have been banned in many countries because of their negative side-effects, which include addiction and dependence. Rather use a balanced, low-fat diet and regular exercise to lose weight.
Take care

Good day, Slimming Dragees. It is a Herbal tablet to be used in conjunction with a low calorie diet. These are the ingredients: Enzyme Blend Aloe Ferox Leaf - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aloe_ferox Caralluma Fimbriata Extract - http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-supplements/ingredientmono-1160-caralluma.aspx?activeingredientid=1160&activeingredientname=caralluma Senna Leaf - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Senna_(plant) Caffeine Psyllium Husk - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psyllium_husk Always do your research before just bying any diet supplement off a shelf. I have been using it for interval periods. The big big secret is, to drink the tablets with as much water as possible. I take 2 a day all at once @ 11am with at least 500ml water and more. Be safe

It is very bad for you, as the tablet only acts as a laxative. It is never a good idea to take tablets to contol your appetite. Rather work on a suitable eating plan where you can eat fres veggies / fruits to control your appetite, and lots of water!
