DIET MIXTURE

Ek het so 3 jaar terug elke dag slimming mixture gebruik....ek het verskriklik baie gewig verloor, ek het elke dag net 1 weetbix geeet en niks verder nie, my maag het begin brand en ek het dit gestop. In tussin het ek getrou en is baie gelukkig, en nou tel ek weer die gewig op, ek wil weer probeer om op daardie slimming mixture te gaan, maar die probleem is dit maak my baie angstig en baie moody. Ek kan net nie by 'n dieet bly nie, ek is nie vreeslik oorgewig nie maar met wel so 6 kilos afskud. Ek het 'n groot kompleks oor my gewig en ek probeer ook nou weer swanger te raak met my 2de kind. Ek sal seker nie die slimming mix dan kan gebruik nie.

Yasmine, dis nie wys om te dieet as jy wil swanger raak nie. Meeste verslankings middels het maar die newe-effekte wat jy beskryf en mens kan nie regtig daar om kom nie. Sterkte.

Hi Jasmine,

I couldn't agree more.... this stuff is absolute junk and my side effects were terrible. Furthermore its highly addictive. There are many diets out there. Some people may disagree but simply avoiding starch should see you lose weight. Dr Atkins was on Larry King Live recent and I was very impressed but have had difficulty finding his book (except by ordering on line). There are many people who have benefitted from his diet NOT ONLY in weight loss but with cholestrol problems, diabetes etc. This will surely be better and more healthier though than your previous diet.

I tried the old "icon" which is based on the same principal and lost 10kgs - I still have another 15 to go tho. Good luck.

Dear Yasmine

Please don't punish your body like that. There are heathy eating plans you can go on. Your body needs the nurients you get from food not from some mixture you drink. I lost 19.8 kg 5 years ago on weigh-less and I have kept it off. You need to learn to eat properly. Find a eating plan that works for you either join weigh-less or go and see a dietitian.
