Dear Jules
I am not convinced that Candida reacts to diets that eliminate all yeast, seeing that Candida is a fungus. If you are going according to such a diet then whiskey is probably fine. Do obtain antifungal treatment from your gp and try using probiotics (good bugs) such as Acidoforte (buy at health shop) to normalise your intestinal flora (all the bugs).
