Diet for a 15yr female

My daughter of 15 does competitive dancing very high energy type and oftern comes of the floor exchusted please could you give me ideas on a diet for her she is also very sporty and does a few sports as well or maybe there is a drink of some sort that will build her up there is that many on the market do not know what the best to buy. as i would not like it to harm her in any way.

Your daughter needs to increase the total amount of carbohydrate she eats during the day because carbs are still the best source of energy and will not make her fat. Whenever she does strenuous exercise (dancing and sport) she needs to have an energy bar before she starts and then sip an energy drink (Lucozade, Powerade, Energade or EnerG) during exercise to keep her energy levels up. She will need to experiment with these drinks to see which one agrees best with her. After exercise she can also have a carbohydrate snack such as fruit juice, fruit or crackers with jam. Readily available carbs replenish the glycogen that is stored in the liver and muscles and will help her to recover.
