Diet - diabetes 2

My eating plan daily: Am I doing okay? Is this healthy?
B/fast = oats/jogurt/Low GI Seed Bread or muesli with jogurt
Tea with sweetner
Snack = Jogurt + fruit
Lunch = Tuna Salad + apple + tea with sweetner or chicken salad
Snack = 4 provitas with cottage cheese
Dinner = 100g chicken or fish with salad (lettuce, tomato &  cucumber) 1/2 cup veggies
Tea with sweetner
Snack = jogurt or rusk
Since 2007 until now I have lost 17kg. Walk 30 min every morning for 4 days a week.

Congratulations for losing 17 kg, despite your type 2 diabetes - you are a bright, shining ***star***. The fact that you are combining what is basically a low-fat, low-GI diet with regular exercise is excellent. I hope that with the weightloss your diabetes is also improving?
