To lose weight you need to basically change your lifestyle. I have been yoyo dieting ever since I could remember but this time I am giving it all I have.I started last week on wednesday already lost 2 kg.I have stopped junk food ( amazingly difficult ) I cut out rice on my supper I only have veggies and chicken breast,snack on fruits,rooibos tea instead of cofee with milk only and oat meal for breakfast.I hope it becomes a life stlye so far so good.
