Im taking diachrome. Can you please explain how it can control my blood sugar levels for the whole day if I only take one tablet in the morning. How does it balance everything out?

Hi Mimi,

There may be a slow release mechanism built into the tablet or capsule. The way it works is by using chromium (a mineral) and biotin (a vitamin) to make your cells more receptive to insulin. Your own body is then able to control sugar levels better. Better sugar levels have been shown to help with many health problems
