diabetic eye

Diabetic for 8yrs, had eyestroke 2010, 20/20 vision in other eye but cannot see? Why?

I assume that you had a retinal artery blockage in the eye that you are unable to see with. This "stroke" will cause damage to the retina due to oxygen starvation. This means that the retina is damaged and that you are unable to see. It is very important to closely monitor your diabetes and to keep it well under control.
