Desperate

Hi
I went to guinea regarding painfull sex. After a discussion with another woman at work she confirmed that a spastic colon can also be the reason for this discomfort. Is it in any way possible that the colon can press down and have an effect on the positioning of your bladder ect?

A spastic colon can certainly cause discomfort in the pelvic bladder. When the bowel is full it can press on adjacent organs.

Best wishes
