Aggression can be a part of many things, including depression. There is no simple answer to "how does one make oneself happy"" as it is such a very broad question --- so much depends on what makes you happy ( it's not the same for all of us ) and on why you aren't happy now.
What may help you would be CBT ( Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy ) which helps identify your sources of happiness and sadness, and helps you to revise what may have become a habit of seeing the world gloomily and thinking negatively.
