Ek voel magteloos. Ek het geen lus vir die lewe en als is net een te veel. Ek het 'n wonderlike dogtertjie en man in my lewe, maar selfs dit wil my nie meer laat aangaan nie. Ek is huilerig en buierig. Ek haat my werk en my werkplek. Ek voel leeg en sinneloos om langer aan te gaan. Dit een dag voel ek asof ek wil, maar die volgende dag wil ek net 'n einde aan my doellose bestaan maak. Ek weier om 'n sielkundige te gaan sien. Ek is nie bereid om honderde rande vir een te betaal nie, en ek is nie bereid om my oop te maak voor 'n vreemdeling nie, dit is my persoonlike lewe. Wat kan ek neem of doen om ten minste beter te kan voel?

See a good local psychiatrist as soon as possible, for a full assessment and so as to start treatment for the depression which, untreated, is a dangerous illness, but which can be very successfully treated. Medication adn CBT style counselling would be ideal. You refuse to see a shrink ? Would you rather feel like this permanently ? NOTHING whatever can help without trusting a relevant expert to talk about the problem, and to take a suitable medication. Otherwise, you're like someone with appendicitis who insists that she will never see a surgeon or allow surgery for it ( though that can cure it ) but wants some simple home remedy. It doesn't work that way
