Delusions

What is delusions of grandeur when someone lies about everything about him.

Doesn't sound like delusions of grandeur, which would be when someone is sincerely convinced that they are terribly important ( maybe like some politicians ? ) and they wouldn't necessarily feel the need to talk about that. You seem to be talking about a habitual liar, maybe a compulsive liar, who tends to lie about almost everything even when it doesn't put him in a good light or make him seem special --- he may lie even when it will pretty obviously get him in trouble / be found out, and not only when it will definitely benefit him
