Our expert says:
Do some googling about sleep and its levels. Sleep is a complex mix of levels, and there are disturbances of what they call Sleep Architecture, which affects things like too much or too little time spent at the levels of dreaming sleep ; and some antidepressants can cause variations in these, which can reduce or increase dreaming, for instance, ans we need to dream. The only way one can check out one's sleep architecture would be to go to a sleep lab and have an EEG and videos made during sleep, whihc would hardly be worth it.
