Have you ever encounted death due to glue sniffing.

Yes. It can happen, and glue sniffing is often part of a pattern of inhaling various solvents, none of which are beneficial and all of which are harmful in various ways. It has happened in the past - beware, glue sniffing can kill you as easily as other drugs could.
