Well I am glad for your sake that you are losing weight despite the fact that I don't really approve of the Danish diet. Just don't use if for longer than the 2 weeks as it is really potentially harmful with all those fats and the high protein content. If the diet discussed on 94.7 this morning is based on foods with a low GI and also a low fat content, then I would find it acceptable. I did not hear the programme, so can't really pass a comment.
