Dangers of being pregnant and taking injections

Hi
Please could you advise me on whether the the following injections are harmful for a pregnant women:
- Meninjitis 4 strain
- Yellow fever, and
- flu vaccine

Meningococcal vaccine may be given to pregnant women. Yellow fever vaccine is though to be safe, however, it is recommended that it only be given to pregnant women if it is absolutely necessafry to travel to an at-risk area. The flu vaccine can be used.
