Cyst in the left epidydimus

Epidydimus slightly thickened a small cyst 7.5mm in left epidydimus. As per radiologist a mild epidimo-orchitis was suggested - what is that and what is the prosedure?

Dear AB
Epidimo orchitis is infection or inflammation of the tubes of the testes - cyst is just a fluid filled "bubble" and sometimes goes away by itself. They will probably treat with antibiotics, anti-inflammatories and follow up sonar after a week or so.
