Cycle

Hi there,
I was at my gynae yesterday, and he prescribed UTROGESTAN for me, explaing that i should drink it from the 17th day of my cycle until the 26 day of my cycle, now I'm not sure on which day I'm now, how do I know or how do I work it out..........Please help urgently......

You count Day 1 as the day your period started.

Your first day of menstruation is Day 1 - from there you can count or work out which days are 17 to 26! Hope this helps.
