Cutting muscles

I would like to know how can I define my arm, leg and ab muscles?

By doing resistance training and by ensuring that there is not too much fat covering them!

I suggest you try either Shape up for Summer or War on Wobbles - home page of this site. The cardiovascular exercise will help to burn energy and the resistance training, will increase your lean mass slightly and will tone the areas worked.
