Hi, I have a six month old Yorkshire Terrier and wish to cut his nails myself. Please advise.

You only need to cut off the very tips of the nails, the sharp ends, and only if it is really necessary. If you cut too much, it will be painful and will bleed and the pup will resist having it cut in the future. Please use a dog nail clipper, which has arounded blade, not flat likea human clipper.
