Cramps during pregnancy

I get cramps in my calves & feet and I'm only 6 weeks pregnant. Is there anything I can take for this, maybe replenish-k? I'm already using all the pregnancy vitamins but obviously my body is lacking something. My BP is high and I had the same problem so I intend to go back to gym when I'm 12 weeks pregnant as per my gynae (I've had two miscarriages before) but usually exercise make my cramps worse?

You can try taking calcium tablets. Exercise should not make the cramps worse.
