cramps during early pregnancy

having continous cramps and back ache in the 5th week of pregnancy what should i do?does taking utrogestan 200mg vaginally plus beta hcg 2000 injection help me coz am getting pregnant (by God's grace)after 9 years of marriage after several treatments which i stopped 2 months back

The cramps are normal. Use Panado if you need to. You should not be using beta hcg now. Uterogestan should help maintain the pregnancy.
