Coxflam vs Synap Forte

My gran is 90 years old and weighs 48Kg. She suffers from severe osteoporosis and broke her hip 4 years ago. They removed the ball and as she has gotten older she suffers terrible pain. Which tablets would be better for her and have the least side effects? Stopayne was prescribed but makes her totally disorientated and sleepy, as does Myprodol.

Coxflam is intended for inflammation while Synap is a painkiller. Coxflam would probably be the better option, but Synap may have more of a painkilling effect... it may however have similar effects to that of Stopayne.
