Contraceptives

I am 29 and having my first baby. I have never been on birth control before, except condoms. We stopped using condoms about 2 years before conceiving. I have heard women can fall pregnant again very quickly after giving birth. I have always had very regular periods. What type of contraceptives can i take, other than condoms? Also considering I dont like taking meds of any form. I have heard negative things about both the pill and the injection. PLease help. Thanks

Your choices are the Mini-pill, the injectable or condoms. An IUCD would be an option but you would have to wait till 6 weeks after delivery.

Best wishes
