Contact with chicken pox vaccine

My daughter recently got her chicken pox vaccine and she moved when it was being administered so a little of the vaccine came out. It was covered by a bandaid. About an hour later I took the bandaid off and without thinking played “doctors” with it with my daughter. The bandaid came into contact with my face and hands and without realising I didn't wash eitherfor hours later. I have had the chicken pox before but am wondering if being exposed to the vaccine in this way could have any implications for me as I am currently trying to fall pregnant.
