Dear Lea
You need to give your body a chance to recover from the anaesthetic and the operation (even if it was a minor one) and any other medications that you received (e.g. pain killers, etc). The body requires at least 3-6 weeks to recover from surgical procedures, so please don't stress your metabolism by trying to detox, etc. If you are constipated, use a gentle laxative such as Fybogel to restore your normal bowel movements. Avoid harsh laxatives as these can disrupt your metabolism. Be kind to your body and have a bit more rest and relaxation until your body returns to normal.
Take care
