Congestive heart failure

my 13 yr old wirehaired daxie has been diagnosed with CHF. Valvular insufficiency with dilated right atrium and bradycardia. what treatment do you recommend. clinically the dog presents well, no signs of the illness, we discovered it when i took him for a checkup after the parent dog died of the same thing. he is currently on lasix, fortikor and hawthorn supplements. i am including lots of organ meat (chicken hearts ) in his diet for the taurine content. he is also on L Carnitine, Taurine, CoQ10 and Vit E supplements.
