i have recently started having repetative morbid thoughts, which are making it difficult to act normally. i keep thinking about the inevitability of death, what happens then (if anything does happen, that is), and miserable things. this happens every time i'm on holiday - as though i force myself to think like that so as not to feel happy. just tired.
