confidence boost

Hi

anyone know how or where i can go to to get confidence boost, i want to ask my boss for a raise and i want to trell my boss that i dont like him smoking in the very small office we work in and i want to tell my boyfriend exactly how i feel sometimes but i bottle everything up i just cannot seem to let anything out! I know i hate conflict and prefer to ignore it but i am killing myself in the process, and dont say just speak to them.....that is where the problem lies!

Well, maybe take on these tasks one by one rather than all at once. I'm sure others will have addvice based on their own experiences. Plan what to say, and prepare to speak calmly, and not emotionally. Don't expect an awful response, but a helpful one. Sort out a couple of good reasons for what you;re asking or saying. And if talking about it is too difficult, why not write them a pleasant, friendly, but clear letter, saying what you want to say, and asking if you can meet with them to discuss it ?

Keping things always positive is not an eay task, If yuo hys feel strongly enuf about each othe, thn slackofon the expectations * pick upyhe hops instead.Change the routine, at leat one week a night, then slowls take it uo a nocth, Also knw when to stop, but leavinf vey sure hits of whast to come latley. Very subtley drop hints of jealous, but mind you, this is daneous situstion, so play wiely.
