Combivir Dosing

Hi,

Thanks for the reply but you still did not answer my question. Why would GKS put dosing twice daily if it has to be strict to every 12 hours. Is this not very negligent of them as any time after 12 hours could in fact be life threatening. I am absolutely astounded by the fact that the medication states twice daily, and now I find out levels in the drop drop significantly after 12 hours. What are the half lives like for Combivir from 12 hours onwards, and why arent they stating dosing every 12 hours in the packahe insert, as twice daily is not the same as every 12 hours.
