Combining of foods

What is the correct combining of the different food groups?
Can you eat potatoes with chicken?
Pasta and meat?

Please advise.

Dear Heids
Seeing that all foods, except pure sugar, pure lard and pure oil, are actually combinations of fats, carbs and proteins and our bodies are equipped to digest them, I have never understood the logic of trying to separate foods into groups and to eat mainly carbs at one meal and mainly proteins at another meal. You can certain mix carbs and proteins, carbs and fats and carbs, fats and proteins.

Fresh fruit - on an empty stomach usually for breakfast till 12.
Do not combine avos and bananas with other fruits
Animal proteins with low carb veggies
Starches with low carb veggies
Do not eat carbohydrates with animal proteins. (potatoes, rice or bread with meat)
DO NOT have dessert or fruit after a meal rich in animal protein.

You will notice that you will not have any bloating/indigestion on this diet and you should lose weight.
