Coloposcopy and mild squamous atypia

Hi. I have recently underwent a pap smear. the results of showed to be a representive of mild Squamous Atypia. i am to have a Colposcopy and Biopsy.

plse inform me on the procedure and other treatment options as well as prevention. I welcome medical and natural remedy option.

The procedure involves looking at the cervix thorugh a large microscvopr to identify the affected area which will then be biopsied. If this comes back showing abnormal cells, then the area may need to be lasered or removed.
