Cold Water

I read this the other day.
Is this true?
It is not good to drink cold water after a meal The cold water solidifies the fat in your food. It is better to drink warm or hot water. Solidified fat doesn't dissolve as quick as liquid fat. This pushes up your cholesterol and fat content in your body.

Dear Milissa
Except for the fact that very cold water may cause tooth discomfort, it does not do any hamr to the digestion because by the time it reaches the stomach it has been warmed up to body temperature. In any case the digestive system is capable of digesting fat that is solid or liquid equally well.
