I have substituted normal coffee for cocoa because coffee makes me sick. Will this make me gain weight?

Dear Milly
Am I understanding you correctly? You have substituted cacao for coffee if the latter makes you sick? Not the other way round. Cacao powder contains 195 kJ per tablespoon so if you use too much it could cause weight gain. Make your cacao with hot water and artificial sweetener or use fat-free milk to keep the energy level in control.
