Basically nutrition experts throughout the world recommend that one should not have more than about 4 cups of coffee a day. Drinking up to 10 cups of strong coffee a day may overload your system with caffeine which is after all a stimulant that can cause all kinds of side-effects: tremors, irritability, insomnia, palpitations, etc. So do try and reduce your coffee intake by having one cup less every 2-3 days (do this gradually) until you are down to 4 cups a day.
