Clomid

Does Clomid change your ovulation date?

Does taking it earlier in your cycle cause you to ovulate earlier?

I have a 35 day cycle and ovulated CD18 but took Clomid CD4-CD8. I changed it to CD2-CD6.

Does it bring my ovulation forward?

Thanks. I am overseas and cannot go into gynae 4 check-up

Dear Dt

Indeed clomid does not only increase multiple ovulation, but in many cases would speed up the rate at which follicles develop and hence bring ovulation dates earlier than usual. The effect of this may be to shorten the menstrual cycle.
