Chronic sinus

Hi Doctor, I have to give you a bit of background before I raise my question. You might recall me as the paramedic that wrote to you 2 - 3 years back with regards to my wife’ s chronic sinus problem. At the time we have concluded that she might be allergic to cats but she was relieved to hear that you have similar problem and would not give up your cats for all the tea in china. Anyway so she used allergex tabs as needed, we moved to Zambia (with the cat) and for some reason her nasal problems just stopped. For more than a year she had virtually no sinus problems but when we passed the spice rack 5 weeks back whilst doing shopping it started again and does not want to stop now. This time phenergon had no effect at all and we would start her on flixonaise today. Because she can’ t breathe through her nose " I think"  she also has tonsillitis now. I understand that there might be contaversy with regards to tonsillitis linked to sinus/allergy in adults and would like to hear your opinion on this before we consider a tonsillectomy? She is 24 years old. Thank you and go well!
