Cholesterol and Attention Deficit

Hi. I have a cholesterol problem and can not take any of the prescription medication. I have been taking garlic tablets and my cholesterol is stable but I have been edvised to start taking Omega 3.

While researching this I see that it can also be used for attention deficiit in children.

Is this true, and how effective is this oil?

Thanks

hi

yes the oils help in the conduction of the nerve impulses in the brain and therefore helps with concentration and memory. If you search the net you will find LOTS of research on fish oil and attention deficit.
P.S. for cholesterol reduction exercise is vital.
