Chicken Pox and Measles Vacination

A blood test has revealed that I have neither German Measels nor Chicken Pox anti-bodies. My gynae sent a message that I need to be vaccinated for Rubella before attempting to fall pregnant, and that I am not to fall pregnant for at least 3 months after the inoculation.

Please advise –

Would you recommend that I have the Chicken Pox inoculation too?

Is one dosage of each sufficient or do I need two doses?

Many thanks.

Hi Kim
Yes I would recommend it, and one dose should be enough.
