changing birth conrols

i just wanted to find out if it is advisable to change birth control pills. i was on yasmin but i can now get it through my work for free, but they do not offer the yasmin. they offer nodette and biphasil as well as triphasil. please help.

Yasmin is expensive but it is the only COC that does not cause you to gain weight or "swell" because of its active ingredients. Triphasal is a low dose pill as well and many women have few side effcts on this. It ultimately is your choice, as both their efficacies are the same if taken correctly.
