cellilitus

does anyone know more of this skin condition?
My friends boerboel was diagnose and the one vet says it is to severe , must put down and the other one says it can be treated.

It all depends on the cause. Did they take biopsies and have the skin examined by a veterinary pathologist? That way one has a better idea as to whether it is treatable or not.

This is a very serious condition which usually affects young dogs. It's impossible for anyone to say which of the two vets is right - it depends on the severity of the disease, on the condition and resilience of the dog, and on how early on it's detected and treated.

Do a search on google under Dog Cellulitis and you will find more information on it.
