CBT - how to access?

Hi, Not heard of CBT prior to reading your forum. How can one access this therapy? Son struggles with alcohol abuse...after being found comatosed and near death, he admits he has a problem. Cannot get help at affordable rehab...looking for a way to help him cope with moving forward. Hospital kept him 7 days, now what? You seem positive about CBT and the results? He is keen to seek a solution. Can you advise.
